Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return,

•Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
• if you purchased the incorrect size, you will be liable to pay half/ full shipping cost.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided by one of our representatives.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Cost liability

We will cover the return shipping costs only if the item received is defective or damaged.

If you wish to return an item for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect size,
  • Change of mind, or
  • Any other reason not related to a defect or damage,

 

you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items must be shipped directly to the return address provided by us. Please ensure that all goods are securely packaged and shipped correctly to avoid any damage in transit.


Damages and issues

We take pride in the quality of the items we provide , ensuing proper inspection of goods when preparing order.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve any issues.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please  note that certain types of items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Used or worn items – Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of use or wear.
  • Damaged items – Items that have been damaged, altered, or destroyed due to improper use, including the use of incorrect cleaning products or methods, are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancelling orders

Cancellation of orders will only be accepted if done within 24 hours of placing such order.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
